Responsibility before recognition
Understand the mission, protect the team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of the result.

FYE360 turns real project experience, hard lessons, and disciplined operating practices into clear guidance for people responsible for making projects work.

Dennis Fye began his career as a United States Air Force aircraft mechanic and retired after 20 years of service. He advanced from maintaining fighter aircraft to leading people, coordinating complex operations, managing risk, and keeping mission-critical work moving when the conditions were difficult and the consequences were real.
That experience became the foundation for more than a decade of technical and capital-project delivery. As a project manager and PMP-certified leader, Dennis worked across functions, regions, job sites, customer teams, contractors, technical specialists, logistics partners, and executive stakeholders. The industries changed, but the fundamentals did not: establish the facts, put eyes on the work, document decisions, assign clear responsibility, communicate early, and never confuse an assumption with verified readiness.
Over the years, Dennis kept seeing talented project managers face the same problem. Training explained terminology and software, but rarely explained what to do when a customer was upset, a site was not ready, a long-lead item had not been ordered, a commitment existed only in conversation, or a project needed to be handed to another PM without losing control.
Useful project knowledge was scattered across websites, personal inboxes, private spreadsheets, isolated document examples, specialty communities, and the memories of experienced people. New PMs were often left to assemble the job piece by piece or learn expensive lessons through failure.
FYE360 was built to bring the profession together in one destination: practical guidance, guided tools, editable starting drafts, answers, career development, specialty resources, real-world examples, and an experienced community. When a project manager gets stuck or needs the next resource, FYE360 should be the first place they think to look.
FYE360 combines the founder’s name with a complete view of project delivery. People, scope, schedule, cost, communication, risk, site conditions, evidence, execution, acceptance, and turnover are connected. Strong project control comes from seeing how every angle affects the others.
Understand the mission, protect the team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of the result.
Site visits, photographs, conversations, and current evidence reveal what status reports and assumptions can miss.
Every framework, checklist, plan, and example should help expose risk, support a decision, or control the next handoff.
Customers, PMs, vendors, contractors, and accountable stakeholders should share a verified view of status, risk, decisions, ownership, and next actions.
Documented experience can help another PM recognize the warning signs earlier and make a stronger decision.
FYE360 is being built to connect people across roles and industries without wasting their time or lowering the standard.
Prepare with facts, execute with discipline, and deliver an outcome that is verified, accepted, and ready to support.
FYE360 provides experience-based educational guidance for professional reference. It does not replace contracts, laws, safety requirements, organizational policies, manufacturer instructions, or the judgment of the people accountable for the project.
